Specialises in Design and Development of Systems, Negotiations with merchant bankers and formalities with FIPB, RBI, Expat Taxation, FEMA, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Taxation
Has extensive working knowledge in the systems of a Japanese group of companies and is consulted by companies on corporate governance, audit commitees and foreign collaborations.
